The
case for the 2004 / 2005 edition has been drafted by a specialist
in European Law, currently working as a Referendaire at the
Court of Justice of the European Communities.
It
has then been reviewed by a peer review panel composed of
one Dutch, one Scottish, and two Danish Law Professors / Practitioners,
all specialised in European Community Law.
The
final version incorporates the comments of the peer review
panel.
The
names of the Author and Members of the peer review panel will
be kept undisclosed untill the end of the Competition.
