The All European Final will take place in Luxembourg in March
2005 at the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
The
winning teams and the best Advocate Generals or Commission
Representatives from each regional final will participate
before the Members of the Court of Justice of the European
Communities and the Court of First Instance of the European
Communities.
The
final is open to the public and the Society encourages all
those who wish to attend as public to do so. However, for
security reasons, in order to have permission to access the
Palais de la Cour de Justice you have to contact the OT for
accreditation purposes
The
specific date for the final is yet to be defined, and will
be published here as soon as it is available.

Morning: study visit at the Court of Justice of the European
Communities and round table discussion with Legal Secretaries
Afternoon: half day seminar - to be confirmed

Fees
As
usual, the teams, coaches and guests attending the programme
will be asked to pay the following fees:
Each
student: 200 EURO
Each coach (maximum 1 per team): 250 EURO
Each Guest: 300 EURO
The
fee is paid to the OT upon arrival and entitles you to the
following:
- Welcome
reception at Hotel Nobilis;
- 3
nights hotel accomodation with your team at Hotel Nobilis;
- Access
to the full programme
- Lunch
at the Court on Friday
- Farewell
cocktail at the Court on Friday;
- Final
Gala Dinner;
- Administrative
costs;
- Certificates
